Extra Inclusions
Welcome pack with tea, coffee, and milk. The shampoo, conditioner and body wash will make you feel you are staying in a resort. Also starter goods such as dish washing powder and toilet paper. Plenty of childrens toys and video games. Free WI-FI is available throughout Anchorage Waters.
Responsible respectful clients required. When making an enquiry please fill out correct age names and number of guests wanting to stay.
This is strict a NO PARTY, no smoking home, for the consideration of our neighbours and future guests. Smoking is permitted in the gardens but not near the house.
As Anchorage Waters is situated in a quiet residential area, in consideration to our neighbours we insist all guests keep noise to a minimum outside and observe the residential "quiet time" from 10pm to 8am.
In accordance with Gold Coast City Council, Stayz and Holiday Rental Group Code of Conduct, Anchorage Waters has a strict NO PARTY and NO FUNCTION policy and is not available to groups of singles or schoolies.
Booking Conditions.
Quality white linen provided on all beds and white fluffy bath towels, hand towels and bath mats in all eight bathrooms. Tea towels. The laundry has top loading washing machine with dryer washing baskets and pegs for the clothes line out the side of the house. Steam iron and ironing board are also provided. Free WI-FI is offered throughout the property, (remember to post your favourite holiday pic's to our instagram or facebookpage). On request we can provide: beach towels, baby cot, high chair, stroller and booster seat.
Booking of less than Four nights will incur minimum Four night charge, unless in a gap.
Linen hire and cleaning fees will be added to every booking.
Standard exit clean fee including linen hire $450
Security bond $1,000
Infants stay for FREE.
Rates based on 10 guests staying. Children are 3-12 inclusive.
We require a credit card at check-in for security deposit
