From here you can enjoy cooking a family feast while taking in the stunning views directly out to the waterfront. Also rest assured while your children play in the pool you can keep them in full sight.

The large dining area features large stacker doors opening up onto the garden, pool, water, and skyline views, we are directly opposite Q1. Great for entertaining whilst relaxing to the city sights.
INDOOR ENTERTAINMENT
​​Anchorage Waters features three open plan living/lounge areas on the ground floor offering everyone their own space, and a further living space on the first floor.
The main expansive lounge is situated adjacent to the dining area welcoming you with direct views out to the waterfront. Large comfy leather couches, flat screen 3D LED TV with FOXTEL "Platinum" package with DVD player and IPOD dock with quality surround sound system. Offers ample room.
Sliding stacker doors allow seamless indoor-outdoor living and let the cool sea breezes flow through the house on hot summer days, leading out onto the outdoor entertainment alfresco complete with comfortable out door setting, covered patio with downlights, fan, built in gas BBQ, and access to both the pool spa and pontoon.
The Kids (or the kid in you!) are not forgotten. The third living area has a full size pool table. Fantastic for entertaining children, and adults alike.
Situated on the first floor is a further living space, set up as a children's play/rumpus room. This has been set up to offer a place for children to play video games, computer or watch TV, DVD's away from adults. With the large flat screen 3D LED TV and FOXTEL "platinum", this space equally doubles as a great place for adults to watch sports or movies. A built in sink and bar fridge, means there is no need to run up and down the stairs for refreshments. Quality leather lounges invite movie lovers to loll around in comfort, providing ample seating. For those that enjoy traditional board games we have a varied selection kept with the library of video games (for various ages). Also a well stocked book case for those that like a good read.
