Anchorage Waters is fully fenced with a separate flat grassed space at the front which is secured by a large block wall and is an ideal spot for the kids to have their own space. The front of the house provides the children with a double storey play cubby house with slippery dip and sand pit. There is a double garage for two vehicles plus an extra two covered car spaces in the driveway under the car port for those who are bringing their own or hiring a car.

To the rear you will be able to enjoy the immaculate beautiful landscaped garden with relaxing entertaining areas situated beside a beautiful pool. The pool and entertainment area offer plenty of sunshine with multiple sun beds for relaxation. Running along the length of the salt water pool is a safety ledge/seat for the safety of the little ones and a great place to sit and watch them play. Adjacent to the pool is the Eight person SPA giving the most amazing massage to relieve any aches or pains. For your comfort the pool and the SPA are solar heated.

You also have a private jetty and pontoon for your boating crabbing and fishing. Basic fishing gear is provided, along with two crab pots.

Covered outdoor alfresco has comfortable modern wicker lounges, down lights, fan , built in gas BBQ.
